All prices on lillesaga.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT.

LILLESAGA sells personalised storybooks and colouring books that are made to order:

• Personalised hardback storybook: DKK 349 incl. VAT.
• Personalised colouring book as an A4 booklet: DKK 199 incl. VAT.

The colouring book contains illustrations for colouring in, featuring the child's name and chosen appearance. It is delivered as a physical booklet.

A delivery charge is added to the order and shown before payment:

• GLS parcel shop: DKK 39
• GLS home delivery to your address: DKK 49

Free delivery on orders of DKK 499 or more. The threshold applies to the total price of the items before delivery, and delivery is free whichever of the two delivery methods you choose.

The total price including delivery is always shown before you complete your order.

The texts and illustrations in LILLESAGA's books are created with the help of generative AI. The material is then selected, edited and quality-checked by people at LILLESAGA, and LILLESAGA has editorial responsibility for the content offered for sale.

When an order is placed, the book is automatically assembled from the approved texts and illustrations and personalised with the child's name and the appearance the customer has chosen.

Payment is made when you complete your order. We accept MobilePay and payment cards (Visa, Mastercard and other cards supported by our payment provider).

The amount is charged when the order is completed, because production of your book begins immediately afterwards.

We use Stripe to handle all payments. Stripe encrypts your payment details using the TLS protocol (Transport Layer Security). Neither LILLESAGA nor anyone else has access to your full card details.

LILLESAGA delivers physical hardback storybooks and colouring books as A4 booklets. Each book is printed and finished individually after you order, and then sent to you. The delivery terms below apply to both product types.

Expected delivery time is 2-7 days from when the order is completed. This covers both production of the book and shipping.

We ship with GLS and offer two delivery methods, which you choose at checkout:

• GLS parcel shop - you collect the parcel from the parcel shop you choose.
• GLS home delivery - the parcel is delivered to your address.

You will receive a track and trace number by email once the parcel has been dispatched. We deliver to addresses in Denmark.

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven), you have a 2-year right to complain about defects. This right covers faults and defects caused by material or production errors. It does not cover errors caused by incorrect information entered when ordering.

It is therefore important that you carefully check all details (the child's name, appearance, choice of storybook or colouring book and any personal message) before you complete your order.

Please note: colours in the finished product may differ from how they appear on screen, and this is not considered a defect.

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us at kontakt@lillesaga.dk with your order number and a description of the problem.

LILLESAGA is not liable for indirect losses, including operating losses, loss of profit or losses arising from the customer's legal relationship with third parties. LILLESAGA is only liable for damages in the event of loss or damage caused by gross negligence or intentional acts.

If delivery is delayed or prevented due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, IT outages at third-party suppliers), LILLESAGA cannot be held liable.

LILLESAGA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes take effect when they are published on the website and apply to future purchases.

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the Danish courts.

You can also submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, the Danish Appeals Boards Authority.

Book purchases earn 10% in credit on the amount paid for books after the discounts and credit shown on the receipt. Delivery and gift card purchases do not earn credit. Books paid for with a gift card can still earn credit.

You activate the credit on your receipt by answering one question and consenting to LILLESAGA emailing you news about new books and offers, including reminders about your credit. If you already said yes at checkout, you only answer the question. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email and keep the credit you have earned. Credit is linked to your email address and personal credit code. Activated amounts are combined in your balance; each amount is valid for 60 days from the book purchase. The date is shown on your receipt.

Credit can be used for books on a later purchase with the same email address; delivery is paid separately. Credit can be used with a valid discount code. Earned credit is not a purchased gift card and cannot be paid out in cash.

The gift card is delivered by email with a PDF and is valid for 3 years from issue. The exact expiry date appears on the gift card. Keep the code safe.

Gift cards can pay for books and delivery at checkout. A valid discount is calculated before the gift card is deducted. Any restrictions on combining discount codes are shown at checkout. If you use only part of the value, the remainder stays on the same gift card. Gift card purchases do not earn credit; credit on book purchases follows section 12.

Online purchases generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Contact kontakt@lillesaga.dk to withdraw. Electronic gift cards can generally be redeemed for their remaining cash value during their validity and for one year after expiry; contact the same address. Your statutory rights continue to apply.
